Nothing Phone 3a Lite Unveiled Globally

Features Triple Camera and Glyph Light Design

Nothing, the London-based tech brand, has launched the new Nothing Phone 3a Lite globally on October 29, 2025. The device marks the newest entry-level addition to the Phone 3 lineup, which already includes the Phone 3, Phone 3a, and Phone 3a Pro. It is expected to arrive in India in November.

Designed for the budget segment

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite aims to bring the brand’s signature experience to the budget category. It retains the transparent design, the Glyph light system, and the unique Essential Key and Essential Space features. These design and software touches make it stand out among affordable smartphones.

Display with higher brightness and smooth refresh rate

The Phone 3a Lite features a 6.77-inch flexible AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The panel supports a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, ensuring vivid visuals even under sunlight. For protection, Nothing has used Panda Glass on both the front and the back, giving it extra durability.

Balanced performance with Dimensity 7300 Pro

Under the hood, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro processor. It comes with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage. Users can further expand the storage up to 2 TB using a microSD card.

The device runs Nothing OS 3.5, which is based on Android 15. The company has promised three years of OS upgrades and six years of security updates, ensuring long-term reliability for users.

Long-lasting battery and sustainable design

The Phone 3a Lite packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33 W wired charging and 5 W reverse charging. However, the charger is not included in the box, aligning with the company’s sustainable packaging approach. The phone also carries an IP54 rating, offering dust and splash resistance for everyday use.

Triple rear camera setup

On the rear, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite features a triple camera system. It includes a 50 MP Samsung main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 2 MP macro shooter. The setup promises versatile photography options for different lighting conditions. On the front, there’s a 16 MP selfie camera for clear portraits and video calls.

Pricing and availability

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite will be available in White and Black colour options. The starting price is set at £/€249 for the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage model. The phone is expected to hit Indian markets in November, expanding Nothing’s footprint in the affordable smartphone segment.
