2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You own 100% of the content you publish on Articlehues. We claim no intellectual property rights or copyright ownership over your essays, research, images, or articles.

By publishing, you grant Articlehues a non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to host, render, format, and syndicate your content across the web as requested by you (e.g. generating search engine structured schema, RSS feeds, and CDN caches).

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use Articlehues to publish or transmit:

• Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Automated programmatic spam, phishing links, or malware payloads.
• Content that infringes on third-party patents, copyrights, or trademarks.
• Mass artificial link farming designed to manipulate search engines deceptively.

4. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon deletion, your published articles and author profile will be permanently removed from our active database and CDN edge caches.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Articlehues is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.99% uptime standard, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
