How Google AI Mode Can Book Tickets and Beauty Appointments?

Explore Google AI Mode's New Booking Features to Simplify Your Search

Google is expanding the reach of its AI Mode with new agentic capabilities. The update now lets users book event tickets and beauty appointments directly through Google Search.

The feature, part of Google’s experimental Search Labs program, aims to make the search experience more proactive and conversational.

How Google AI Mode works

AI Mode lets you ask complex questions, add follow-ups, and get curated results in real time.

Now, when you say something like “Find me two cheap tickets for the Shaboozey concert — standing floor preferred,” AI Mode will scan multiple ticketing websites to find relevant options.

It will then display a list of available tickets with prices and direct booking links, helping users complete the purchase seamlessly.

Expanding beyond dining reservations

Google first introduced agentic actions to AI Mode in August, starting with restaurant reservations. Users could specify details like party size, date, time, and cuisine preferences to find real-time booking options across platforms.

With this new update, Google extends that same intelligence to events, beauty, and wellness bookings, bringing a broader range of real-world utility into Search.

Available through Search Labs

The new booking capabilities are currently available to users in the U.S. who have opted into Search Labs.

Google noted that AI Pro and Ultra subscribers will get access to higher limits for complex queries and extended use.

“Our priority in Google Search is connecting you with high-quality information you can rely on,” Google said on its Search Labs page. “This new mode is rooted in our core quality and safety systems, but it’s still an early experiment and may make mistakes.”

A growing list of AI-powered features

Since launching AI Mode in March, Google has added several new functions to make it more useful.

Recent additions include a Canvas feature that helps users organize study plans or research notes in a side panel. AI Mode can also use Google Lens to analyze what’s on your desktop screen and provide relevant information instantly.

As Google continues to expand AI Mode globally, it’s clear that the company is pushing toward a more agentic, task-driven future for Search — one that goes beyond information retrieval to real-world action.
